About PayPal

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

"You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on" Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

About Currency 

The currency you pay in is determined by the country you pay from and the payment method of your choice. You can change default currency by clicking on the bottom left corner of NOREMOTIONS, and select the currency you’d like to pay with.

Coupon Code

You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total.
Please note that if you do not click ”apply” before continue checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon discount.

Processing Time

The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check,
the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours.

After the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information email.
Please note: remember to fill in your email and phone number.

Return Policy

NOTE

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
• Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Important Notice:

1.  Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-AWESOMBOX items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
